Celebrate 20 Years of 80s Casual Classics With This Exclusive 'Burnt Orange' Fila Terrinda
Aktie
We're back with another very special 80s Casual Classics exclusive which comes in the form of the Fila Terrinda in a never seen before 'Burnt Orange' colourway.
From humble beginnings, to a world renowned retailer of retro sportswear, the last 20 years has seen 80s Casual Classics play a key role in the revival of classic sportswear, not just from the 1980s, but also the 70s & the 90s. Reviving the classic sportswear styles is really what we're known for, from the golden era of one-upmanship, flamboyant tennis players and this thing we call "Casual". Long before the days of hypebeasts and trainer raffles, it was all about word of mouth and taking a right of passage trip to your local sportswear store. With walls clad with tennis rackets, expensive Italian sportswear & running trainers with technology never seen before in places like Tranmere or Tring. It was original track tops like the Terrinda that instilled a passion for sportswear simply like nothing before. Style driven designs that also looked great with a pair of cords & trainers, the Terrinda has remained one of our most popular revival styles. In celebration of the 20th anniversary of 80s Casual Classics, we have worked with Fila once again on an exclusive Terrinda track top which now arrives in a never seen before 'burnt orange' colourway.

The Fila Settanta Mk3, or Terrinda as it was more commonly known, marked one of the last 'BJ' styles the Swedish tennis great, Bjorn Borg, would wear throughout his highly successful but relatively short sporting career. By the time the Mk3 came on the scene in 1982, the White Line had already given us its fair share of flamboyant style driven sportswear. Designed by the legendary Fila designer, Pierluigi Rolando, the White Line caused a seismic shift in the tennis world. Following the legacy of the Settanta Mk1 from 1976 and the Settanta Mk2 from 1980, the Settanta Mk3 (Terrinda) took style driven sportswear to new levels with its biker jacket style collar, padded shoulder detail, white piping, Italian styling and luxurious velour fabric.

Featuring an embroidered pro-badge to the left chest which draws inspiration from the original BJ branding as famously worn by the Swedish tennis sensation, Bjorn Borg. Other highlights include the signature piping throughout with the 'style driven' biker jacket collar & Fila F branding to the left sleeve.
